Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Joseph Greene
General Manager
I was very fortunate to meet and interview with Randy at Albion College in 1986. I started working with him in 1987 and have been with the Wise Team ever since. One of my many reasons for liking being part of their team is how the Wises care about their employees and the communities they are part of. I met my wife, Cathie, through the car business and we have been married for 37 years, have 3 kids, and have 2 grandkids. I grew up on a farm so in my free time, I'm outdoors doing something whether it's work or play. Being outdoors reminds me of where I came from and keeps me grounded.

I have worked with the Randy Wise Team since April 2019. The best part about working on the Randy Wise Sales Team is meeting new people and building relationshpis by helping people with their vehicle needs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancee, Kendal. I also enjoy gardening, hiking, swimming and being outdoors as much as possible.

Mark Woollcott
Finance Manager
I've been in the automotive industry since 1995, with more than 31 years of experience. I spent nearly eight years in sales before moving into finance, where I've worked for the past 23 years. During that time, I also served as both a Sales Manager and Finance Manager, giving me a well rounded perspective on helping customers throughout the buying process. I've been happily married to my wife, PJ, for 29 years, and we're proud parents to our three daughters, Alicia, Amber, and Autumn. Outside of work, most of my free time is spent with my family. We enjoy going out to dinner, catching a movie, spending time on the boat during the summer, and cheering on our favorite football teams in the fall. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is seeing the excitement on a customer's face when we help make their dream vehicle a reality. Being part of that experience is what has made this career so rewarding for me.

I have worked with Randy Wise since July 2021. The best part about working with Randy Wise is being able to help people find vehicles and coverages that fit their needs. I married my husband, Bryce, in October 2013 and together we have two children. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and our dogs. I enjoy getting away camping & am heavily involved in the Grand Blanc High School Band programs.

With 19 years in the automotive industry, primarily in fixed operations, I have worked as a service advisor, service manager, accessory manager, and fixed operations director. I also spent time as a credit specialist in finance and subprime lending, bringing a well rounded background and a passion for helping customers. I'm a proud Dad to two teenagers,Tanner and Brooklyn. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events and concerts, taking road trips, hunting, fishing, and performing country music throughout Michigan.
