Take a look at the 2025 Hyundai Elantra, and you’ll see that it’s not an ordinary compact sedan. Its edgy and aerodynamic design is just the tip of the Elantra’s future-forward iceberg, however. With driver assistance features that help you detect and respond to your surroundings, plus tech features that put convenience at your fingertips, the Elantra brings the future into the present.

Meet the 2025 Hyundai Elantra

Featuring sharp lines and LED projector headlights and Daytime Running Lights, the Elantra’s style is inspired by the future, but made for now. Inside, its gauge cluster is clear and easy to read, with a standard 4.2-inch color LCD that shows information like outside temperature and fuel economy. Both rows of comfortable seating offer plenty of room for five passengers, and the trunk gives you 14.2 cubic feet of space for luggage, groceries, and gear.

The Elantra is available in five trims with a range of comfort and tech features. Four of those trims come with an efficient 147-horsepower 2.0-liter engine. Paired to a Smartstream Intelligent Variable Transmission, this engine achieves up to an EPA-estimated 41 MPG on the highway. The N Line trim is the performance Elantra, featuring a multi-link rear suspension and a 201-horsepower, 1.6-liter turbo engine, with highway efficiency of 35 MPG.

Tomorrow’s Tech Available Now

With every Elantra, you’ll control your audio system using a convenient touchscreen infotainment display. An 8-inch touchscreen is standard, while some models come with a 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation. Both systems connect to your compatible smartphone using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, so you can interact with your phone’s apps, view driving directions, or play your favorite music.

Standard on SEL Convenience, Limited, and N Line trims, Bluelink+ takes connected convenience to the next level. This service includes automatic emergency assistance if your airbags deploy, stolen vehicle recovery assistance, and curfews and geofences for teens or guest drivers. It can also help you get on the road faster, with remote start and remote car finder features available in the Bluelink app. Original Elantra owners get Bluelink+ at no extra cost for as long as they own their vehicle.

Comprehensive Driver Assistance

Danger can arise from anywhere when you’re on the road, so Elantra comes with a long list of standard driver assistance features to detect other vehicles in front of, behind, or to the side of your car. For example, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist looks out for vehicles and pedestrians in the road ahead, then warns you if there’s an increased risk of collision. If you don’t react to the warning, the system can even apply the brakes automatically.
